TBA's popular attorney well-being program, from TBA's Annual Convention 2022, focuses on changing law firm culture, with sessions devoted to importance of sleep and millennial lawyers discussing what’s important to them in employment. I thought that the panel discussions were very effective. I enjoyed hearing the different perspectives.
Interesting Program. I enjoyed the perspective of the Millennial's. I agree with many of the points made, I was somewhat surprised at the style in which these lawyers expressed themselves., rather brash I found. .

I thought it was very interesting hearing the perspective of a millennial group when I am Gen X working with a hardcore Baby Boomer and I oversee a millennial and a Get Z. It gave me some very good thoughts on general interactions.
