This program will explore the experiences of mediators using remote technology to help resolve disputes across a wide spectrum of dispute types. Including attorney and non-attorney mediators working in a variety of disputes, this one-hour panel will highlight increased access to dispute resolution – made possible by remote videoconferencing and document execution software. Additionally, the panel will highlight the reduced cost and limited disruption made possible by remote mediations, helping litigants take an increasingly proactive role in resolving their own disputes.
