Fairly engaging, still an issue of not being able to hear the questions

The presenter did an excellent job of providing real world examples of ethical issues related to reporting or not reporting attorneys involved in activities that could substantially impair their practice of law.

Appreciated the rules-based examples supplemented by anecdotes. Particularly thought the commentary on Duty to Report concerning attorney misconduct was interesting and how that plays out in practice in both the volume of reporting of attorneys reporting other attorneys as well as the tensions that creates in rural practices where attorneys interact frequently with attorneys they report.

The client intake information was very helpful. It fleshed out what was previously a little murky for me.

This was one of the best ethics CLEs I've seen. The presenter was very engaging, and I there were lots of points I will work into my 1L legal communications classes to teach my students about interacting with clients.

The information about responding to online reviews was new for me and interesting. But the information concerning mandatory reporting was also very good.

Very good presentation
