Description:

The goal of the CLE is to help attorneys identify, address, and remedy situations where a SSDI/SSI claimant has earnings after the alleged onset. The CLE will cover Unsuccessful Work Attempts (UWA) and Trial Work Periods (TWP), as well as other ways to deal with earnings and work after onset. Additionally, the CLE will discuss the Ticket to Work Program and working after being approved for disability.
