Tennessee is one of only a few states with a pro bono requirement for mediators. In this session, Linda Seely will guide you through the Tennessee requirement/regulation, look at what a few other states are doing on this issue, and then examine the various opportunities for mediators to fulfill their pro bono requirement in Tennessee.
