During this course, participants will be lead in a review of the basic requirements of the Tennessee Public Records Act. The review will include topics such as fees, time frame for response, the provision of copies, and who has the right to access pursuant to State law. Participants will also work through various scenarios to test their knowledge of the information discussed throughout the course.
