True Crime Stories (and the ethics rules that were violated): A bad judge!

Description:

The CLE Performer, Stuart Teicher, tells true stories about lawyers who break the law and the ethics rules they break (or could have broken). - The connection between competence (Rule 1.1), Withdrawal (Rule 1.16), and mental health issues
- How sexual harassment creates problems with Rule 8.4(d) and 8.4(g)
- The duty to report lawyer and judicial misconduct Rule 8.3(b)
- How the rule on Supervision (Rule 5.1) guides lawyers in creating an ethically positive office environment
