I appreciated the emphasis on neurology and the psychology of mediation.

I can't wait to use the mediation negotiation plan template. It will be helpful to get all the key details to remember during the actual mediation on one piece of paper.

I was not someone who was taught about mediation in law school, so I really appreciated the tangible and more technical advice and materials provided in this seminar. It also encouraged me to read the book Getting to Yes, so I look forward to learning more about negotiations through that!
