I gained information on the reasons attorneys may be subject to ethics violations, new rulings on ethical behavior, and how to access information to support me if I have a question about a situation in which I am involved.
The statistics on sources of complaints (communication!) and numbers of attorneys in each district were interesting. Ms. Piper's discussion of the decisions involving improper disclosures in the social media space was also illuminating, and a good reminder of the obligation to keep confidences in all settings.
Good program - A lot covered in a short time.
Data around the types of appeals to the BPR and the types of pitfalls to avoid with clients - don't steal!

Some unbelievable cases... wow. The instruction on resources near the end was very worthwhile...as a relatively new licensee in Tennessee..
Specific disciplinary rules to keep in mind to stay in compliance with the Board of Professional Responsibility.
I liked that she started with the mission of the Board of Professional Responsibility and focused on the goals of the rules. Learned about the updates related to ethics rules for this year. Appreciated her insight.
