Clarification concerning the difference between the ethics disciplinary process and the administrative suspension was helpful, and the detailed discussion of the new Tennessee Supreme Court cases was illuminating as well.

I liked hearing about some of the cases the Board has pursued, such as Reguli and Schuchardt. They seemed over the top and obvious, but that in and of itself is reassuring I guess. The stats on cases dismissed and pursued, etc. in the very beginning were also interesting. I was very interested in the article about lawyers' mental health, but the course ran over and disconnected as we were getting to that.
