This session will explore the types of animal law concerns Tennessee attorneys will likely encounter in their practice. The presenter will detail real-world cases involving dangerous dogs, pet stores and puppy mills, veterinary malpractice, custody and replevin, and pit bull bans. Applicable statutes and ordinances will be presented and analyzed in terms of practice, procedure and constitutionality.
