Elder Law

Elder Law Forum 2026: Our Clients Are Being Scammed. What Can We Do?

Description:

This session will cover scams that either target or disproportionately affect the elderly population due to available liquid funds. This will be a discussion about the most common ones, sort of a "Scams Basic" course that educates the audience about the problem, who is responsible for committing the scams (transnational cybercrime organizations), and how this affects the victims.
