Biography

Kirby Yost is a member of Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel's Business Section, Real Estate Section, and Startup Group, focusing her practice in the areas of general business, commercial lending, corporate transactions, real estate, land use, zoning, and property law.

Kirby enjoys working with clients to remove the legal obstacles between their ideas and the success of their development, whether that development involves real estate or a new business or other venture with a practical approach. On the real estate side, Kirby has drafted numerous commercial leases and has worked to close real estate acquisitions and sales from small to multimillion dollar deals. With startup companies, Kirby works to do anything from forming an entity and helping with other startup work to helping companies develop agreements to document their arrangements with third parties and protect their interests to helping with the ultimate sale of the company.

In addition to her professional work, Kirby is heavily involved in the community and is a contributor to a number of nonprofit boards and community fundraising efforts.
