Faculty Profile: Johnika Everhart

Ms. Johnika Geeter-Everhart is the owner and founder of Geeter Law Office, PLLC. She is a Chattanooga native and she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Nashville School of Law in 2018. Johnika was admitted to the Bar in 2019. She has many years of experience working and serving in the Chattanooga community and has worked for many organizations such as: On Point, Hope for the Inner City, the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Chattanooga, and the Educational Opportunity Center. Her inspiration to practice law developed from hearing the stories of many of her peers who were victims of child abuse, domestic assault, and mental and physical abuse. Hearing the grueling details of their experiences made Johnika more inclined to want to be a zealous advocate and voice for these victims.
