Elder Law 2009

Description: This day-long program, sponsored by the Elder Law Section of the Tennessee Bar Association, covers the most up-to-date information available concerning laws, regulations and guidelines affecting seniors who reside in Tennessee. Courses, taught by experts in the field of Elder Law and senior assistance benefits, will cover Medicaid Eligibility and Estate Recovery (including real property issues), legislative updates, diminished capacity issues, and the ethics of long term care planning.
