Guide to Expert Witness

Description: This interactive, "hands-on" presentation is intended to provide practical information regarding all aspects of working with expert witnesses. From selecting your expert witness through cross examining the opposing party's expert at trial, speakers and panelists, including a nationally recognized expert on statistics and forensic decision analysis, will provide practical advice that you can take home and put to immediate use.

The program also will feature a panel discussion of the new Tennessee e-discovery rules. The panelists will discuss topics such as how to effectively counsel your client regarding document retention and preservation, how to draft and respond to e-discovery interrogatories and requests for production, and how to address issues surrounding e-discovery with the court.
