Description: The Program will include a basic discussion of third-party opinions and the development of customs and practice in the delivery and receipt of third-party opinions. The panel will address significant "national" opinion reports and their relevance to Tennessee practitioners.

The panel will also discuss the 2010 Tennessee Bar Association Report on Third-Party Closing Opinions (the "Tennessee Report")
