Construction Law: Enforcing an Arbitration Clause and Selecting an Arbitrator

Description:

The first part of this presentation is a case study between Contractor and Subcontractor. Counsels for the parties discuss the possibility of mediation/arbitration. Then on the front end of arbitration you must select the right Arbitrator. The traits of the Arbitrator are discussed based on the position or situation of the client. The speaker will give best tips on “what to look for” in an Arbitrator.
