The most important lessons that I was able to take away from the presentation was how to talk to my client about this case, understanding best interest vs what my client wants, and how to interview other witnesses that may be able to provide information about the case.

The information within this CLE is extremely helpful for anyone that finds themselves in the role of GAL. Personally very helpful for me.

For me, it was a good refresher course and even clarified some things. Happy I listened to this presentation.
