Working in LPM, this program reinforced several principles that we stress to attorneys in our firm. However, I gained new perspectives in it that I will utilize when helping direct attorneys as to why the attorney/client relationship is so important, especially when building the parameters of the engagement. Setting expectations and a plan is very important to maintain that relationship.

Great suggestions on how to effectively stay in contact or communicate with your clients.

The presentation did a decent job reviewing the basics of ethical rules for interactions with clients.

I thought he had good insights on the value of identifying your ideal client and working to get referral business instead of always having to find new clients.
