I thought he had good insights on the value of identifying your ideal client and working to get referral business instead of always having to find new clients.

Working in LPM, this program reinforced several principles that we stress to attorneys in our firm. However, I gained new perspectives in it that I will utilize when helping direct attorneys as to why the attorney/client relationship is so important, especially when building the parameters of the engagement. Setting expectations and a plan is very important to maintain that relationship.

Great suggestions on how to effectively stay in contact or communicate with your clients.

The presentation did a decent job reviewing the basics of ethical rules for interactions with clients.
