Their answers will be compared to answers given by Laura Chastain from the TN Board of Professional Responsibility. Topics include questions concerning Attorney-Client Privilege, Competency, Conflict of Interest, and Joint Representation.

The time devoted to this subject could probably be expanded another hour or so.

Interesting way of presenting dry stuff.

I appreciated the references to compentency tests and formal ethics opinions regarding conflicts which may arise in estate planning.

I found the topic of accountants and care givers being in the room during estate planning meetings as it relates to attorney/client privilege interesting.
