Superb materials, best in class, and excellent presentation by General Kleinfelter.

As a private practitioner, it was very interesting to hear a government attorney's outlook and suggested policies regarding public records requests in a CLE course intended for other government attorneys. While the presenter explained the technical and legal requirements in responding to a request (and the ways to navigate around them within the confines of the law), there was no insight into the policy behind public records laws.

There were only three slides.

I am fairly familiar with the Open Records Act and knew much of what was being presented, but she had some helpful tips for working with the act and confirmed some of what I had gathered based on my own research.

Taught only from the perspective of a public sector attorney. Would have been a good topic for a panel that includes a private sector attorney.

Excellent presenter. Glad I married her 27 years ago.

Seminar was spot on.
