Nancy Choate will address Medicaid planning. Nancy is a frequent speaker on the subject of Estate Planning and Probate and Elder Law to senior adults and other select groups as well as business and financial professionals.
Sherry Wilds of Disability Rights Tennessee and Dr. Lynnette Henderson of Vanderbilt University will cover Occupational Diploma and Hiring Persons with Disabilities. Sherry primarily handles special education and disability discrimination cases. Lynnette is the Associate Director of Adult Community Services at the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities.
Linda W. Seely will address how lawyers can best thrive. Linda has served as a Rule 31 listed mediator for over 10 years.
