New area of practice for me and this course was very instructive as to the basics of prime and remote contractor lien rights and the required procedure.

I researched Tennessee lien laws and wrote an article covering them in 2014. I also am a general contractor and I learned some new information. I am anxious to contact the presenter to ask about a couples things he did not get to cover.

Excellent program.

Interested in attorneys' liens against non-paying clients as well.

Solid. Good info.
