I would like to hear more on this subject but with case examples and specifics - specific laws, how to fill forms, more on arguments that work.

The presenter seemed very knowledgeable, however, we did not cover much material and spent more time talking about potential policy changes that could happen. That was interesting, but I wish I would have known that before expecting more substance.
