Immigration Law, Labor and Employment

Changes in Immigration Law for Employers in Trump Era

Description:

Immigration law is undergoing massive changes that will directly affect employers. Some of the areas that could see change include immigration compliance, an increase in ICE audits, and a possible return to raids. Visas could also see change, especially H-1B and L visas.

Immigration law is a changing field in which new methods are needed to meet the ever rising influx of foreigners seeking a new life.

I learned a lot more about the different proposals for H-1B visa reform. This was not an area I had much prior knowledge about.

Timely, but not as deep technically or as interesting as I had hoped.

Presenter was very knowledgeable on the subject, and I felt had very useful insights into how and why immigration law might change.
