Middle Grand Division Claims Commissioner Robert Hibbett will discuss the statues that authorize the Claims Commission. Other items discussed include Areas of Jurisdiction, Two Types of Dockets, and recent Supreme Court decisions reviewing judgments of the Claims Commissioners.
