This three-hour program held in Jackson is designed to provide attorneys with the latest developments in multiple areas of the law. Speakers and topics in this year's program include:
Attorney Chuck Holliday will address why you should be videotaping depositions in “small” cases and the technical tips you need to do it. Judge Allen Phillips and Judge Amber Luttrell will participate in a panel discussion, offering trial practice tips before the Court of Workers’ Compensation Claims. The final session will be led by Attorney Marty Phillips who will discuss appellate advocacy.
