Williamson County Clerk and Master Elaine Beeler will give a practical overview of probate in regard to transactional practice. Some of the issues she will discuss include: petition to probate, execution of will, insolvent estates, conservatorships, and new legislation affecting probate practice.

Resources, including statutory nuance and Clerk provided forms, and what can be waived and what should be adhered to. It did wander a bit heavy into non-probate matters at times. Overall good presenter and should be encouraged to provide more of these extremely practical presentations.
