In this session you will learn about Child Support and the 2018 tax changes, and Child Support and Paternity Establishment history. Attorney Connie Allison will discuss what to expect from the 2018 tax changes and how it may help your clients. She will discuss changes to Custodial Parent, Parenting Plans, and Alimony Requirements. Then Olen Winningham will talk about Child Support from a historical perspective and how we got to where we are today.
