Great introduction to wills and the requirements and provisions. The information was very detailed. Also great info on the differences between wills and trusts. I enjoyed learning about the different roles that attorneys can play as agents in real estate transactions as well as the rules governing what the attorneys can do. Also great information on our duties as attorneys and the disciplinary actions we face should we fail to act ethically.

I picked this course as refresher for my wills practice and this has given me fresh insight on estate planning in general. I saved the power point to my firms drive a few months back when I first started the course. It has been very helpful. The real estate info was also a great refresher!

Excellent presenter. Very informative.
