Great information on fiduciary duties and when they arise. Also good introduction on exceptions and who usually raises them. Also good information on STARK & Kickbacks, which was a great introduction and overview. Enjoyed learning about restrictive covenants and their limitations in Tennessee as well as conditions under which hospitals/doctors can buy or sell their practices.

It was nice to hear a refresher on when an estate doesn't need to go through probate due to the fact that the assets pass outside of probate.

Presenters could have better personalities.
