This was a very good review of the wide variety and large number of federal whistleblower statutes.

It covered a broad spectrum and included caselaw - very helpful

I really appreciate the discussion of recent cases and how the laws applied in those various outcomes!

Great information for someone being introduced to Whistleblower laws in Tennessee and their Federal counterpart claims.

Very informative insight into state and federal approaches.

Very thorough presentation rooted in the fine points of whistleblower law.

The program was informative but would have been more helpful with an interactive component
