I am doing some work for a nonprofit and this information is very timely.

I found it interesting in the protection provided by the BVA if it is specific enough, but also the versatility of the agreement in general.

Very good overall program; nuts and bolts. Glad to hear from all 3 speakers; each had different aspects/input.

Interaction between state and federal statutes is interesting and useful.
