Highly informative. Presenter is clear and addresses topics in a way that lawyers can understand.
I thought he did a good job of maintaining interest in a sometimes difficult subject. Thanks!
Hugely informative, but very technical. Speaker did an outstanding job!
Good stuff
This is one of the most useful CLEs I've watched. Great refresher and learned a few things I didn't know about texts and thumb drives.
Very educational walk through of digital/e-discovery possibilities.
Excellent presentation- would be very helpful for attorneys unfamiliar with e-discovery techniques, and I learned a lot even though I practice in this area frequently. Speaker was great- very engaging, great real life examples.
This was an excellent overview of digital evidence
I learned that you can recover almost everything and tell where the items originated from and traveled to.
Very in-depth knowledge. Great session.
This presentation taught me so much about the fact that all devices, cellular phones, computers, etc. store a lot of data related to date and time that is important but unseen to the user. I also learned that data on cell phones is fleeting and really resides on the providers computer system. And I learned that retaining a real expert is important when your case depends on digital data.
I learned a ton in this presentation. It was thought-provoking and easy to follow.
Fascinating presentation. More information than I can digest in just one viewing, I will definitely watch this again.
The importance of logistically managing E-discovery.
Very interesting
Recognized immediate applicability, and relevance, to matters in which I am currently involved.
Very useful information presented in an understandable manner.
What a fool I've been!! I had no idea this was/has been going on and what evidence I have missed! I will be watching this several times more to make sure I got everything.
That was amazing
