The Administrative Procedures Division provides professional administrative judges to resolve disputes between citizens and governmental agencies in an impartial manner. These matters are governed by the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act (Tennessee Code Annotated Title 4 Chapter 5). Hilliard and Jackson attorney Jonathan O. Steen, who is also a sitting member of the Tennessee Board of Appeals.
