The panel will provide insights about TDEC’s past, present and planned activities regarding the ubiquitous family of chemicals known as PFAS. These emerging contaminants impact an array of stakeholders at all levels of government, private industry, non-governmental organizations, and the general public. In addition to TDEC guidance about its planned path forward, an update about select litigation from across the country and an assessment of various implemented or proposed regulatory measures are also in store.
