The TBA Litigation Ethics Forum has all that a Tennessee lawyer needs to secure ethics CLE credit in a single, engaging, and thoughtful event. First, you will hear the most up-to-date commentary and analysis of litigation and other concerns about vaccines and Covid-related issues in the workplace. After that, stay tuned for an important and riveting discussion on legal aid organizations and access-to-justice issues exacerbated by the pandemic. And finally, a group of seasoned litigators will dive into the tricky ethical issues that arise when mixing jurors, jury selection, and social media.
