This year's annual forum will be a live virtual program that gives practitioners in the creditors practice field the opportunity to earn 2 general and 1 dual CLE credits. The program will begin with a session led by Patty Whitehead of Rubin Lublin that will address the enforcement of judgment liens on real property. Next, you'll hear from Stefanie Jackman of Ballard Spahr, who will discuss the controversial Hunstein case. The program will conclude with a dual credit session by Lewis Borsellino of DefendEdge, discussing cybersecurity.


FORMAT & HOW TO JOIN:

This virtual event will be live on Zoom. This program is intended for those who can watch it live. If you are unable to attend this live program, recordings of the sessions will be made available to purchase in the course catalog at a later date. Attendees will be able to ask questions through the chat feature. The email associated with your TBA CLE account will be the email that receives the link to join the Zoom Webinar. Since this is a live virtual program, it will begin promptly at 12:30 p.m. CT/ 1:30 pm ET.
