This year's annual forum will be in person at the Tennessee Bankers Association, located at 211 Athens Way, Nashville, TN 37228. Practitioners in the creditors practice field can earn 3 general and 1 dual CLE credits. The program will cover topics including an extensive 1.5 hour case law/rules/executive order/all-around update, a short session on e-filing, a dual credit AI session and a session on the sovereign citizen movement.

There will be a networking reception immediately following the CLE from 3:15-5pm CT.
