Great information on remote depositions and ethics in conducting them.

Good seminar.

This was a really great seminar. It raised a large number of issues about remote practice of law which were not immediately evident. I think every state should develop rules for remote practice based upon our shared experiences over the last few years.

Very good course. Opened many new horizons involving ethical behaviours and intersectionalities with digital technologies/digital culture.
