Good discussion on briefing.

Good practice pointers, especially for federal appellate practice.

very good panel

Good insights on writing briefs, both trial level and appellate court, and oral argument especially in federal court of appeals. I have a case on appeal to the 6th Circuit and will be using some of these pointers. So thanks!

I thought that the panel discussion regarding consenting to magistrate judges was effective.

Be prepared, ask questions up front, be pithy and clear.
