Attend the TBA’s 28th Annual Labor & Employment Law Forum in Nashville on May 3! The day will begin with an overview of the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act and the PUMP Act. Next up, we welcome back Stan Graham to present the annual Case Law Update session. Hear the latest wage and hour decisions and trends in a point/counterpoint presentation. After lunch, we will get an update from the EEOC followed by a session discussing non-competes and employee restrictive covenants in Tennessee. The day will end with a dual credit session on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the legal profession. Attendees can earn up to five general and one dual CLE hours.
