I learned how important it is to be cognizant of cyber attacks. I also learned that it is important to have a working knowledge of the steps taken by your firm to prevent cyber attacks. I also learned that it is a good idea to inform your clients that these sorts of scams are out there and they need to make sure they are really hearing from you on all communications.
