I loved this CLE and how he pulled in a lot of recent cases. I in particular learned about the cancellation doctrine, and I thought the emphasis on waiver was really critical and easy to overlook.

This was excellent on some very specific details of summary judgment practice.

Mr. David Nagle's excellent and well-informed presentation here shed more light on the difficult issues involved in summary motion practice.
