The Labor & Employment Section has organized a live webcast featuring District Court judges from each of Tennessee’s three grand divisions, West, Middle and East, who will share their insights on what works best and what does not in summary judgment practice. Judge Parker from the Western District, Judge Campbell from the Middle District and Judge Corker from the Eastern District will not only provide practical guidance on the Local Rules that are unique to their districts, but best briefing practices in general. Whether a plaintiff or defense attorney, summary judgment is often the biggest hurdle we face, and this panel presents a unique opportunity to hear straight from the judges how we can present our best arguments.

Very helpful to hear each judge's perspective and preferences regarding summary judgment practice.
Very informative course. It's nice to know what the Judges are looking for.
