This year's annual forum will be in person at the Tennessee Bankers Association, located at 211 Athens Way, Nashville, TN 37228. Practitioners in the creditors practice field can earn 3 general and 1 dual CLE credits. The program will cover topics including a case law update, a review of the Davidson County Local Rules of Court by Judge Lynda Jones, a dual credit AI session as well as a bankruptcy session.
