I really enjoyed the discussion about the Justice's individual process for reviewing briefs when the Court grants review of a case, as well as their insights into the weight and purpose of oral arguments! I also found the advice regarding petitions (versus briefing on the merits) very helpful. This seminar answered questions that we talk about often in my office when it comes to appellate practice!
