Artificial intelligence is transforming the way law firms research, draft, and communicate — but it also raises new ethical and practical questions. In this CLE, Zack
Glaser of Lawyerist explores how lawyers can leverage AI tools responsibly and effectively, from research platforms like Lexis+ AI to website chatbots that streamline client intake. Attendees will learn how to stay compliant with professional conduct rules, implement office AI policies, and identify the real opportunities (and limits) of these technologies in everyday practice.

100% spot on coverage of this development. A firm/office-wide AI policy seems to be a must. "Lawyers won't be replaced by AI. However, Lawyers who don't use AI will be replaced by those who do." That is dogma and applies all the way down to the receptionist (if they are a human being). This should be played in Group sessions internally, discussed, and implemented.
Not as good as the other AI course but liked learning about implementing AI policies and chatbots
