The Administrative Law Annual Forum offers attendees 2 general and 1 dual CLE hours. The program will start with a dual credit session featuring Laura Chastain from the Board of Professional Responsibility, and will cover the Supreme Court changes in the Rules of Professional Conduct and the Rules for Disciplinary Enforcement. Then, Elisha Hodge will conduct a session about recent updates related to the Tennessee Public Records and Open Meetings Act. The program will end with a panel discussion led by Bill Penny exploring the UAPA and environmental contested cases.
